The current version of Specberus, 3.3.0 [1], introduced a number of changes;
we wanted to call your attention to two in particular:
• A pointer to GitHub issues (instead of a mailing list) is also
valid now as the
"public archived place to send comments to" [2].
• Recommendations *must* provide such link to GitHub issues now [3].
There is a thread [4] where some people are discussing the wisdom of
those decisions; please weigh in there if you have comments.
