I mentioned at TPAC 2017 the idea of simplifying the headers of the W3C
specifications, in order to reduce the clutter at the beginning of each
document as well as giving more flexibility to the Working Groups to
manage their versions. Thank you to the individuals already provided
early feedback of the proposal. Here is the latest update on this front.
