Hi,
A new version of Echidna has been deployed to support TAR files, Notes
and WDs *not* on REC-track.
To upload TAR files, you don't need any token but you'll have to pass
your W3C crendentials to the POST [1] so Echidna can identify the
origin of the request.
As usual, make sure your document passes Specberus [2][3] before
submitting it to avoid unnecessary requests to Echidna.
