[ReSpec]: Perf improvement

Hi, ReSpec users,
I'm happy to announce that ReSpec v9 now does syntax-highlighting off main thread (for non-markdown docs, markdown support coming soon).

If your spec uses pre-elements, you should hopefully notice some performance improvements.
